The machine commonly known as the wire weaving machine, wire mesh machine, or cage wire weaving machine is technically called the helical wire weaving machine.
Helical wire weaving machines use a dual-wire feeding system, threading the wires through a mold and interlocking them in a chain-like pattern to weave wire fences.
In the past, wire fences were woven manually through a single mold, but with increased mechanization, this process has become extremely fast and fully automated.

Our HTO Pro helical wire weaving machines, capable of producing a 30 m² wire fence roll with 65 mm mesh spacing in just 8 minutes, have entered the market. While most similar machines typically produce around 140–150 m² per hour, the HTO Pro series achieves up to 220 m² per hour, offering 50% more speed, making wire fence weaving much faster, effortless, and cost-effective.
Our ARM Telcibey HTO Pro series includes the models HTO200, HTO300, HTO400, and HTO600, allowing you to weave wire fences at different heights. With HTO200, you can weave up to 220 cm; with HTO300, up to 320 cm; with HTO400, up to 420 cm; and with HTO600, up to 620 cm in height — easily handling both standard and PVC-coated wire mesh weaving.
Another important feature of the HTO Pro series is that its closing and twisting heads are electrically operated. While many machines require an additional air compressor, the HTO Pro does not need a compressor to operate.

The more you can produce in a given time, the higher your production capacity, and the lower your unit time cost.
