The grass fence machine is a production line consisting of two different machines. In order to produce grass fence, you need both a grass fence preparation machine and a grass fence weaving machine.
The grass fence preparation machine processes 1.6mm galvanized wires from two separate channels and combines them with two different PVC rolls (for example, light and dark green) to produce grass-covered wire.
The grass-covered wire you obtain is then woven into a grass fence using the grass fence weaving machine.
Until today, all grass fence preparation machines have wound the prepared grass wires onto reels. These reels generally store about 7 m² of grass wire. Each full reel is replaced with an empty one, and the full reel is transferred to the weaving machine. The grass wire production then continues on the empty reel. Although this method is conventional and widely accepted, replacing reels causes significant time loss. Moreover, since the grass wire is tightly wound onto reels, the grass gets compressed, which prevents the final grass fence from having a natural appearance.
