This integrated system delivers maximum efficiency and quality in high-volume production by combining all manufacturing stages—wire drawing, ribbing, straightening-cutting, spot welding, ejection table, and flip stand—into a single line.

Equipped with a powerful spot welding unit featuring 32 welding points and 6x120 kW transformers, it ensures high-quality welds in large-scale steel mesh production. The twin-head wire drawing unit operating in the ⌀6.5 mm – ⌀5.5 mm range, along with a ribbing head, enhances product strength.

With a daily capacity of 750 units, the system easily meets industrial demands and can be efficiently operated by just three personnel.

• Wire straightening and cutting machines: 1 for width wires, 1 for length wires
• The system includes 16 tandem pistons.
• All pistons are equipped with oil reservoirs.
• Copper welding heads are water-cooled.
• Spot welding points use special zirconium copper alloy.
• Each rod features a dedicated pusher system.
• When configured to its narrowest setting, mesh spacing can be reduced to 5 x 7.5 cm.
